We are looking for an organised individual with a growth mindset to join an experienced Client Services team who are key in supporting the business to achieve its continued delivery of excellent client service to its Financial Intermediary clients with their day-to-day banking requirements.
The role holder will deliver an exceptional client experience in both general Banking and execution only Custody services.
Responsibilities include the preparation and approval of custody instructions from Intermediary clients, maintenance of Online Users and supporting clients utilising online banking services, preparation and approval of payments, plus foreign exchange transactions, fixed deposit monitoring and action, opening of additional sub-accounts for existing clients and handling daily telephone and email queries from clients.
A full understanding of custody dealing, including equities, bonds and mutual funds/unit trusts is required.
