If you are a risk management generalist looking to advance your career, the Risk Assurance Services team of a leading international audit firm offers an exciting opportunity.
This senior role is responsible for ensuring the firm’s ongoing compliance with applicable CI laws and regulations, with a particular focus on AML/CFT/CPF and sanctions. The role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial crime and compliance risks through risk-based monitoring, audit activities, and the design and implementation of effective policies, procedures, and controls.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to interpret complex regulatory requirements, engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders (including regulators), and deliver practical, commercially aligned compliance solutions. The role also requires experience in compliance monitoring or audit, the ability to escalate and resolve issues, contribute to training and education initiatives, and leverage compliance technologies.

Leadership, collaboration, and team management skills are key, alongside the flexibility to undertake occasional travel between Guernsey, Jersey, and other locations as required.
