The main focus of this position is to provide day-to-day client administration which includes ensuring the effective provision of the agreed company secretarial services to existing and prospective new clients (both external and internal), such as all aspects of the board and shareholder meeting processes, preparation of the annual meeting planner, maintenance of company registers and regulatory and statutory filings, are all done in a timely manner.
