This AML Review Lead role offers the perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on team management. Based in Guernsey, you’ll lead a talented team ensuring AML and CFT checks are water-tight across both individual and corporate customers.
Your responsibilities will include managing the performance and development of your team, supporting training initiatives and accreditation programmes, and contributing to team and organisational objectives through a proactive, quality-driven approach.
A minimum of five years’ experience within the insurance or financial services sector is essential, along with proven line management experience, strong expertise in AML/CFT/CPF regulatory frameworks, and hands-on experience in applying client due diligence and risk assessments.
