Back to ResultsAs part of the People Operations team, this role plays a key part in delivering a positive employee experience by effectively applying knowledge of absence management and wellbeing.
In this role you will deliver valuable expertise to clients, with responsibility for overseeing employee absence management, parental leave, and wellbeing support.
The ideal candidate will hold CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent) and have experience working with HR technologies, document management in line with GDPR requirements, and be a Mental Health First Aider. Experience in supporting wellbeing initiatives would be advantageous.
This role may require occasional travel between Jersey and Guernsey, as well as infrequent travel to other locations.
