Back to ResultsA dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to join a leading a well respected Audit firm, with offices in both Guernsey and Jersey.
Supporting the People and Culture team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the delivery of the recruitment strategy for experienced and associate hires across all service lines within the Channel Islands.
This is a hands-on role, interacting with audit engagement managers and leaders and requires a highly collaborative individual with the ability to handle multiple projects, demands and priorities and a proven track record in influencing.
Applications are encouraged from individuals with a minimum of 3 years resource management experience, as well as a REC or CIPD qualification. First-rate communication, organisation and workload prioritisation skills is a must for this role.
