Back to Results This is a full time 3 Month fixed term contract to join the Workplace Operations Team who are tasked with overseeing workplace management across the Channel islands.
The Workplace Operations Administrator will handle a variety of office administration tasks, ensuring that visitors and clients receive a welcoming experience by providing a courteous and prompt reception on arrival. They will also be responsible for Health and Safety, maintaining conference room technical equipment, and supporting colleagues by monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
This role requires an enthusiastic and positive team player with a proactive approach and the ability to prioritise workload. Prior experience in customer care and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation are desirable but not essential.
There is potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
