Back to ResultsThe Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and their advisers by fostering and maintaining strong, trusted relationships, while proactively ensuring that client expectations are consistently met.
As the Assistant Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, regularly liaising with them to ensure clear, professional, and timely communication that meets client expectations. You will also provide support and guidance to junior team members and collaborate with third-party banks, investment managers, and other asset managers to ensure clients’ assets are effectively managed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years’ experience in technical trusts, with detailed experience in Jersey and/or Guernsey trust companies, and a comprehensive understanding of relevant anti-money laundering legislation.
