Back to ResultsA senior opportunity has arisen within a Private Equity Operations team supporting a major secondary fund client.
This role involves end-to-end investor administration, cash management, fund closings, reconciliations, and liaising with internal teams, external stakeholders, and investment advisors. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional client service, manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines, and contribute to process improvements across the team. Responsibilities also include processing FXs and invoices, arranging board meetings, and managing KYC and tax reporting requirements.
Prior experience as a Senior Fund Administrator with signatory responsibilities is preferred. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to build effective relationships. Knowledge of Investran and advanced Excel skills are advantageous, and a background in financial services or related qualifications would be beneficial.
