The role involves processing corporate actions and dividends, preparing client notifications, maintaining and updating records, issuing instructions to custodians and administrators, reconciling allocations and entitlements, and responding to client queries while ensuring all procedures and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, good numerical ability, and clear written communication skills.
