The purpose of this role is to provide administration and technical support to the IT department in relation to business as usual and change project activities, including adhoc support to the Facilities department and to provide technical support to End Users in respect to hardware, software and systems ensuring that they have continued IT services and able to carry out their roles effectively.
Candidates should have a foundation in English and Mathematics as well as an interest in IT which is supported bu a level 3 qualification. An understanding of Microsoft OS’s and Applications inc Windows, SCCM, and awareness and/or exposure to Citrix, O365, Azure, Mitel, Active Directory, Service Desk Ticketing Platforms, IT processes and systems is also needed.
