The role holder will join the credit card team to provide support to analysts through preparing application reviews, providing customer support and undertaking additional operational tasks.
Responsibilities will include: preparing credit card applications packs for review by the Credit Card Analysts - including ID&V check and reviewing high risk factors, assisting customers with digital onboarding, the mobile app, and all the ancillary services, responding to customer inquiries, emails, and telephone calls, assisting customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions and completing the daily administration tasks within the team.
Candidates should have strong analytical skills, and a desire to become a knowledgeable credit card support, a desire to build-up knowledge to have an understanding of financial crime/fraud risk, strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering a great customer experience and strong problem-solving, organisation, time management and delegation skills.
Prior experience is not a pre-requisite for this role as full training will be provided.
