Join the Investor Services team as a key player driving the delivery of high-quality fund administration and investor services to a diverse international client base. You will manage client operations from onboarding to closure, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide guidance on complex queries, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also offers the opportunity to lead and support a team, streamline processes, contribute to operational improvements, and help shape a proactive, high-performing service culture.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and several years’ experience in fund administration, preferably within private equity or closed-ended funds. They should be client-focused, organised, and comfortable working under pressure, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and solid Excel proficiency.
