As Senior Compliance Manager, you will lead and support your team, taking responsibility for the operational delivery of the function while influencing decisions that impact the overall performance and outcomes of the business area. In addition, you will hold the roles of MLRO and MLCO and attend internal committee meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years’ experience in a similar Compliance or technical role and be qualified to Diploma level. Strong leadership, delegation, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.
