As Senior Compliance Manager, you will hold the positions of MLRO, MLCO and CO, providing high-quality advice across a broad range of regulatory compliance matters. You will support the Managing Director and Associate Director in the development and implementation of the Guernsey Compliance strategy, ensuring it remains effective and aligned with regulatory expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will hold a relevant professional qualification (such as ICA) and demonstrate a strong ability to lead, develop and manage a team effectively. You will be capable of working independently under pressure while also fostering a collaborative team environment. Previous experience in MLRO, MLCO or CO roles is essential.
