Back to ResultsOur client is looking for a budding Insurance Broker to join their expanding team, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio, develop expert knowledge, and play a key role in driving the growth and success of the business.
The role involves selecting, selling, and servicing general insurance products for personal and commercial clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. You will be trained to assess client risks, negotiate policy terms with underwriters, maintain professional expertise, and deliver excellent client service, while also supporting team development, building relationships across the business, and contributing to short-term projects as needed.
The successful applicant should hold an entry-level CII Professional qualification or be willing to undertake the necessary training to pursue a career in the insurance industry. A strong drive to achieve results, challenge conventional thinking, manage risks effectively, and meet the expectations of both internal and external clients is highly desirable.
