Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an ambitious and personable Associate specialising in Insolvency Law to join its prestigious Litigation team in Guernsey. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded practice advising clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters across a diverse range of industries.
In this role, you will support clients facing financial challenges by advising on preventative restructuring strategies, negotiating repayment agreements and managing debt structures to help avoid insolvency where possible. You will also work on formal insolvency and liquidation processes, gaining exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters within a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.
Applicants should have an excellent academic background and be qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, with approximately 3–5 years’ PQE. The successful candidate will bring the right balance of technical ability, commercial awareness and ambition to contribute to a varied and high-quality restructuring and insolvency practice.
