Back to ResultsOur client, a prestigious offshore law firm, is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Operations Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office.
The focus of this role is to create and maintain efficient operations across maintenance, security, health and safety, and space planning, playing a crucial role in ensuring a compliant working environment. You will also contribute to delivering an excellent experience for visiting clients and support the Business Development team in coordinating successful client events. Acting as a central point of contact for employees and service providers, you will help facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
Ideally, the successful candidate will hold qualifications in health and safety, building management, or facilities management, along with a basic understanding of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. You will bring strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships, and the confidence to act as Deputy to the Assistant Operations Manager when required.
