Back to ResultsAs a leading part of a dynamic People Operations team, this role will support the business with Absence, Wellbeing, Employee Relations and People Policy, and will have oversight of other key areas within the employee lifecycle.
The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality people solutions while leading the team to achieve strong, measurable results. Key responsibilities include managing absence processes and overseeing a broad range of employee relations matters.
The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or higher), demonstrate proven experience in employee relations and case management, and possess a strong working knowledge of employment law and current regulations.
Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.
