Operating at Director level, you’ll blend tactical ownership with execution, ensuring operational, governance, and regulatory risks align with GFSC expectations. You will proactively influence decision-making while supporting the development of local risk staff.
You’ll own the RCSA process, maintain the Key Control Plan, and manage risk appetite frameworks. Responsibilities include investigating operational incidents, monitoring KRIs, and overseeing Third-Party Risk Management. You will also prepare high-level risk materials for local governance committees and ensure audit findings are addressed timely.
The ideal candidate has significant experience in non-financial risk within regulated financial services. You’ll need a relevant professional qualification, a commercial mindset, and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
