Back to ResultsThis role sits within the Funds and Corporate Department, where you will lead the accounting team while providing training, guidance, and support.
You will lead the accounting service line across both Guernsey and Mauritius, taking ownership of client deliverables and ensuring all requests are completed in line with client expectations. You will support the audit process by ensuring deadlines and milestones are met, provide guidance to administration staff on accounting and bookkeeping matters, and assist the directors with client meetings, new business pitches, and proposals.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) and have experience with IFRS and UK GAAP. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and previous experience supervising and mentoring staff.
