Back to ResultsWe are seeking a qualified legal professional to join this independent Guernsey-based law firm, which specialises in corporate law, property, dispute resolution, UK real estate, and private client services.
Working both independently and under the supervision of senior lawyers and partners, you will be involved in a wide variety of contentious matters for both individuals and organisations, many of which are multi-jurisdictional. Responsibilities will include financial services, contentious insolvency matters, regulatory investigations and enforcement, fraud and asset tracing, employment, medical negligence and personal injury, professional negligence, and property and construction cases.
The successful candidate will have 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience practising civil and/or commercial litigation, preferably relevant to the above areas. You will be able to manage a varied and complex caseload, and be a proactive, confident team player, willing to play an active role in growing the firm and building strong relationships with the existing client base.
