You will take ownership of, and continuously improve, end-to-end People operational processes across the employee lifecycle. The role also involves providing expert guidance on workforce planning, role definition, and team structures, while working closely with Learning and Development to support organisational growth and employee development. In addition, you will maintain strong people governance, controls, audit trails, and documentation standards.
We are seeking a candidate who holds a degree or equivalent professional HR experience, along with a CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher (or equivalent). Experience in project management, budget management, and building and maintaining effective working relationships is essential for success in this role.
