Support the continued success of the business by working closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver strategic goals and business objectives.
This is a client-facing role in which you will undertake business development and attend new business meetings to generate growth opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of clients, reviewing work prepared by the wider team to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. In addition, you will lead and support the wider team, providing guidance, training, and development to support their ongoing performance.

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of relevant statutory and governance requirements, as well as onboarding and due diligence processes in line with Guernsey AML/CFT/CPF legislation. A professional, client-focused approach is essential for success in this role.

Relevant experience will have been gained within the finance sector, ideally in company secretarial, fund administration, or trust administration. A relevant qualification such as TEP, CGI (ICSA), IoD, MSc, or equivalent is essential.
