You'll take ownership of business systems and service improvements, helping to shape the organisation's technical direction and drive innovation. The role involves ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and up to date, while also enhancing data capabilities, reporting, and business insights. In addition, you will lead a small team, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
This opportunity would suit someone with a strong technical background and hands-on experience leading and mentoring a technical team, with a focus on delivering continuous improvement. A solid understanding of IT systems, data flows, and business process improvement is essential, along with the ability to take ownership, influence stakeholders, and lead by example. A proactive, positive approach and a commitment to driving meaningful change will be key to success in this role.
