The successful candidate will deliver high-quality advice in line with the Group business strategy, provide support to the Claims Manager and develop effective business relationship internally and externally.
Mathematics and English Language GCSE's at Grade C or above are essential for this role, together with an entry-level CII qualification; or a willingness to complete the required training and obtain the relevant professional qualification within the insurance industry. Experience of operating in a busy, customer-focused environment, either face to face or via the telephone, would be expected.
