Join a leading telecommunications provider in a varied role that combines service management, customer support, and technology solutions.
Acting as a key point of contact for a major Mobile Device Management (MDM) contract, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, coordinate customer requests, manage device deployments, and ensure an exceptional experience for both users and stakeholders.

This hands-on position offers a blend of office-based, field, and customer-facing responsibilities, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and services. Working closely with customers, technical specialists, and operational teams, you will resolve issues, manage service tickets, support device administration, and maintain accurate records. The role also includes supporting home visits, customer onboarding, and occasional retail store activity, providing a diverse and rewarding workload.

We are seeking a customer-focused individual with excellent organisational skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service, retail, telecommunications, IT support, or service delivery would be advantageous, together with strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven approach to customer care.
