We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Insurance Management in Guernsey for a varied and hands-on role supporting a portfolio of general insurance and life insurance clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to step into a broad position combining client servicing, policy administration, reporting, and team support — with scope to grow into wider broking and insurance management responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of insurance clients, ensuring operational processes are delivered accurately and in line with service standards.
• Managing policy lifecycle administration including renewals, new business, mid-term adjustments, claims handling, and documentation.
• Preparing and reconciling bordereaux, commission calculations, insurer balances, and reinsurance reporting.
• Assisting with governance, board packs, reporting, process improvements, and the supervision of junior team members.

This role will suit someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities across different clients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of day-to-day processes are essential.
