An Assistant Manager within an Insurance Management team has become available at one the largest firms of actuaries and consultants in the Channel Islands.
This hands-on role supports a portfolio of general and life insurance clients, overseeing policy administration, claims, reporting, payment processes and client servicing while ensuring exceptional operational delivery.

Working closely with insurers, policy holders and service providers, you'll take ownership of key client workstreams, manage bordereaux and reinsurance reporting, contribute to governance and compliance activities, and help drive process improvements across the business.

We're seeking an organised and proactive insurance professional with 4–5 years' experience in insurance management, broking or financial services. Strong client-facing skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, alongside a collaborative approach and desire to support team development.
