As part of the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for applying strategic and operational plans within their team, understanding the company’s budget, and contributing to the achievement of overall budget targets in line with group objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining client service excellence efficiently and consistently.
You will lead, guide, and motivate colleagues towards achieving business goals and objectives, as well as oversee the onboarding of new companies by designing structures, reviewing contracts, and developing procedures in line with internal policies and Guernsey law.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified insurance practitioner (ACII) with previous management experience. A strong technical knowledge of client administration, business processes, insurance products and principles, accounting, and local company law and asset management is essential.
