In this role you will develop the day-to-day operations of the Technology Innovation Unit, identifying and implementing practical improvements to supervisory processes and tools. The aim is to drive greater technological efficiency and effectiveness while supporting innovation across the organisation.
Significant experience in project management, technology innovation, digital transformation, or RegTech/SupTech, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment is required. Proven ability to deliver technology-led projects from concept to implementation, with a strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and data management. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
