This role proactively protects the organisation against financial crime risks, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing. The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver the Compliance Monitoring Programme and work closely with the MLRO to enhance the business’s AML and CFT policies, procedures, and controls. Additionally, you will respond to internal compliance queries, prepare Board reports, and manage requests and queries from regulators and auditors.
We are seeking an individual with a relevant professional qualification, such as ICA, experience acting as an MLCO, and a strong understanding of the Guernsey financial services industry.
