In this role, you will provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to managers and directors, supporting the early resolution of employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary cases. You will also play a key role in delivering annual HR processes, such as the salary review and bonus recommendation cycle, ensuring these are managed efficiently and effectively. In addition, you will coordinate and oversee the trainee induction programme, working closely with HR Relationship Managers, the Learning and Development team, and HR administrators to ensure a seamless and engaging on-boarding experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years' experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within professional services environment. You will be CIPD qualified, or working towards your qualification. To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multitask, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
