The Head of Operational Marketing and Growth Enablement is responsible for the operational leadership of the group's marketing function, translating the commercial objectives into coordinated marketing delivery across jurisdictions.
The role leads marketing operations, digital platforms, CRM and marketing technology, campaign execution, reporting and governance, insuring the infrastructure supporting marketing and business development is aligned to the group's growth ambitions.
Operating at Associate Director level, the role provides technical expertise, operational leadership and commercial advice to senior stakeholders, develops policies and processes, manages strategic supplier relationships and leads the continuations improvement of the function. The role also has line management responsibility for the Marketing Delivery Manager and the Marketing and Business Development Assistant.
Candidates should have strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate strategy into operational delivery as well as excellent communication and influencing skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
