The role holder will provide support to the banking department by assisting in the day-to-day servicing of existing clients by answering and resolving queries, carrying out call-backs, assisting with new client onboarding, executing client instructions, assisting clients with online banking set-up and identifying opportunities to cross-sell the bank's products and services.
Prior experience in any banking role is desirable but not required, however an interest in the industry and a solid educational background is necessary. Keys to success are a pro-active approach to suggest new ideas/innovation/process changes, a passion for delivering a great customer experience, strong problem-solving, organisation and time management and attention to detail and First-Time Right approach.
