Back to ResultsThis is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial real estate transactions within a collaborative and supportive team.
This role is for an individual to work within the Offshore Client Real Estate part of the business i.e. lending to family offices, high net worth property developers and investors, and to borrowers structured through corporate structures.
The role involves analysing and structuring real estate lending opportunities, preparing credit papers, conducting due diligence, supporting client relationships, and assisting with the ongoing management of a portfolio of real estate loans.
We are particularly interested in candidates with real estate finance and lending experience. The ideal candidate will have strong financial statement analysis skills, advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities, and experience assessing lending opportunities and credit risk. Experience within property investment, development finance or the wider real estate sector would be highly advantageous. Candidates should also be comfortable using AI and technology tools to improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
