One of our key clients, a leading provider of premium fiduciary and yacht ownership services, is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team in Guernsey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious international client base and oversee a portfolio of luxury yacht ownership structures.

This senior relationship management role focuses on delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients, managing complex yacht ownership arrangements, and leading a team of experienced professionals within a specialist and highly regarded business.

Our client is open to providing opportunities for the right candidate requiring a permit to work in Guernsey.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and developing relationships with yacht owners, family offices, professional advisers, captains, brokers and other key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of yacht-owning entities and associated structures, ensuring accurate administration, governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting a team while ensuring outstanding client service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Coordinating complex client matters, corporate documentation, contracts and ownership structures, while identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and grow business relationships.

Together with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities you should have 5+ years' fiduciary experience, alongside a proven track record in client relationship management and team leadership.
