Back to ResultsOn behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join the Yacht Ownership team and oversee an expanding portfolio.
You'll be responsible for a portfolio of superyacht owners, building premium relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will deliver a discreet, responsive and personalised ownership experience, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded while developing a comprehensive understanding of each client's current and future requirements.
Excellent communication skills, together with confidence, organisational and prioritisation skills, are essential for this role, along with the ability to exercise sound judgement when dealing with clients, advisers and other stakeholders. Previous experience working with high-net-worth clients is essential, while experience within the yachting and/or trust industry would be advantageous.
