This role is for a Corporate & Commercial Associate with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE). Key responsibilities will include advising on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, financing arrangements, and regulatory matters. The role involves managing a diverse offshore workload that deals with Guernsey corporate structures and cross-border matters.
