This role is for a Corporate & Commercial Associate with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE). It presents an opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to advance their offshore legal career within a respected and long-standing practice. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer from a relevant common law jurisdiction, possessing a robust background in corporate law, finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or commercial advisory work. Key responsibilities will include advising on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, financing arrangements, and regulatory matters. The role involves managing a diverse offshore workload that deals with Guernsey corporate structures and cross-border matters. This position is tailored for individuals already on the island, facilitating a seamless transition into this dynamic environment.
