One of our key clients is seeking an experienced Manager, Real Estate to join its growing Jersey team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong people manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for a portfolio of complex real estate structures, including SPVs, joint ventures, funds and long-term asset holding vehicles, while building strong client relationships and driving service excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of complex real estate clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality corporate and fiduciary administration services.
Leading relationships with clients, intermediaries and professional advisers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Overseeing governance, statutory and regulatory requirements, including board meetings, resolutions, record keeping and compliance obligations.
Mentoring, developing and supporting team members, whilst assisting with workflow management, operational improvements and business growth initiatives.

You should hold a relevant professional qualification - or equivalent - and have proven experience within fiduciary, corporate or real estate administration together with confident communication skills, strong leadership qualities. Previous exposure to Jersey real estate structures, SPVs, funds or multi-entity property holding vehicles would be highly advantageous.
