The Financial Planning & Analyst is responsible for delivering financial planning, forecasting and performance management activities, providing insightful financial analysis and commercial support to drive informed decision-making across the Bank. The role also leads the preparation and submission of financial and regulatory reports to the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), ensuring all reporting is accurate, timely and compliant with Group requirements.
The successful applicant will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and the production of Board and Executive-level reporting. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, while knowledge of the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) reporting requirements would be advantageous.
