You will be responsible for conducting robust periodic reviews across a portfolio of fiduciary entities. Using your strong background in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, you will ensure all client structures meet current statutory requirements, risk standards, and internal policies.
The ideal candidate must possess strong fiduciary and compliance experience, along with a minimum of 5 years specifically dedicated to undertaking periodic reviews.
