This varied Guernsey role of Credit & Lending Services Legal Officer offers the chance to work at the heart of credit, lending and legal operations, supporting transactions from initial documentation through to completion and ongoing portfolio management.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review and complete lending and facility documentation.
Coordinate loan transactions through drawdown, renewals, extensions and amendments.
Liaise with clients, relationship managers, solicitors and other external advisers.
Maintain accurate lending records while identifying and escalating legal, credit and operational risks.
You’ll bring strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with experience in legal support, credit operations, trust administration, lending administration or deal management. Property, banking, secured lending or loans administration experience would be particularly valuable.
