Back to ResultsThis role sits within a variety of teams across this Financial Services Group, supporting the execution, completion and ongoing management of lending transactions throughout the life of each loan.
You will provide support and guidance to the lending team on client and transaction matters, identifying and helping to resolve legal, credit, operational and completion-related issues promptly. You will also maintain the bank's security and loan records in line with internal procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
We are looking for someone with experience as a paralegal or experienced legal assistant, or with relevant experience in credit operations, lending administration or deal management. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, resilient and able to thrive in a busy, time-sensitive environment, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and drive matters through to completion.
