You’ll assist with digital onboarding, applications, mobile app queries and card transactions, while responding to client enquiries. You’ll also complete ID&V checks, review high-risk factors, manage daily administration, support direct debits and repayments, and assist with disputed or potentially fraudulent transactions.
You’ll bring strong analytical and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and a willingness to develop your knowledge of credit card operations and financial crime risk. Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
