Back to ResultsThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior Operational Risk professional to join a leading financial services organisation, playing a key role in shaping and enhancing its operational risk framework and supporting strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will provide independent second-line oversight and challenge across operational risk, resilience, change, governance and emerging risks. Responsibilities include risk reporting, RCSA oversight, incident management, regulatory engagement and supporting senior governance forums.
Candidates will bring significant operational risk, audit or risk management experience within banking or financial services, with strong knowledge of risk frameworks and regulatory expectations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills are essential, alongside a pragmatic, commercially focused approach.
