Back to ResultsTake ownership of digital performance and help shape the next phase of a growing, technology-focused business. This is a hands-on role focused on turning digital marketing investment into measurable customer and commercial results across multiple markets.
You will manage paid search, social and digital acquisition activity, optimise websites and customer journeys, drive CRO and SEO, and use data, experimentation and AI-enabled tools to improve performance. You will also manage agency relationships and collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, CX, Sales, Data and Technology teams.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on performance marketing experience, including paid media, digital analytics, conversion optimisation and SEO. Experience managing budgets against commercial KPIs and using tools such as Google Ads, Meta and Google Analytics is essential.
