This is an opportunity for a Senior Manager to lead multiple engineering teams spanning software development, infrastructure and cloud platforms. Key accountabilities for this role include technology strategy, architecture and design, software development and delivery, backlog management and portfolio planning, infrastructure, cloud and hosting strategy, as well as security, compliance and operational resilience.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent discipline, together with proven leadership skills and hands-on experience with modern engineering practices, cloud platforms and migration strategies, is essential for this role. Professional and security qualifications such as Agile, SAFe, CISSP or CCSP would be advantageous, as would experience within regulated financial services.
