The role oversees daily operations across all group facilities to boost EBITDA performance through targeted commercial initiatives. Core duties focus on optimising the end-to-end customer journey, scaling operational and CRM infrastructure, leading financial reporting, managing supplier contracts, and upholding strict H&S and safeguarding standards.
Requires a hands-on operator with proven experience as a General Manager or CEO ideally within the wellness sector. Candidates should bring strong operational capabilities, sound compliance knowledge, a track record of EBITDA growth, relevant industry qualifications, and a genuine passion for health and fitness.
