The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, crew and client administration, payroll and compliance, while supporting the Managing Director and wider business.
The role will involve managing crew records and onboarding, coordinating payroll, maintaining compliance, supporting client onboarding and relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. As the business grows, you will also help develop processes and support the recruitment and management of future team members.
This role would suit a proactive, commercially minded professional with experience in crew management, HR, payroll or operational service delivery. Maritime, offshore or shipping experience and knowledge of MLC requirements are desirable.
